Starter and Pro subscribers who complete three consecutive successfully paid monthly billing periods receive the following month free.
The cycle repeats while the subscription remains continuously eligible, through December 31, 2027.
A temporary payment failure does not remove the offer while Stripe retries the payment. If the subscription is cancelled, expires, becomes permanently unpaid, or moves outside Starter or Pro, promotional eligibility ends and is not automatically restored by resubscribing.

AI Trial Credits: Every new Free workspace receives 1.5 one-time trial credits for internal AI-assisted actions, including message generation and analysis. It supports up to 15 standard actions at 0.1 credit each, cannot be used for external data searches, validation or enrichment, and does not renew monthly.
Account monitoring
Account Watcher limits by plan.
Watcher capacity is controlled separately: watched accounts, public checks, selective enrichment, My Day routing, check interval and history retention.
Approval-controlled communication
Interpreter limits by plan.
Interpreter availability and its workspace-shared active conversation, new draft and reply draft allowances are controlled by the selected plan.

Fair credit policy
Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open.
Included plan credits refresh with each billing cycle. Purchased credits do not expire merely because time passes or subscription renewal is cancelled, while your account remains open. Their use depends on the features and access available to your account. On completed voluntary final account closure, unused credits are forfeited without an automatic refund, subject to mandatory legal rights. See the Terms of Service for credit and refund conditions.

Can I use AI-BDR for free?
Yes. Start without a credit card. Every new Free workspace receives 1.5 one-time AI Trial Credits for internal message generation and analysis; it cannot be used for external data searches, validation or enrichment and does not renew monthly.
Are Business limits shared?
Yes. Business includes three users in one workspace. Credits and plan limits are shared across the workspace rather than duplicated for each user.
Does Account Watcher use separate limits?
Yes. Watched accounts, public checks, enrichment, My Day events, interval and retention are controlled by the selected plan.

Can I buy additional credits?
Yes. Available top-up packages are shown inside Profile → Billing for the active plan. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open; included plan credits refresh with each billing cycle. Voluntary final closure forfeits unused credits, subject to mandatory rights. What happens when I change plans?
A higher-priced plan requires successful payment of the adjustment shown before confirmation before the higher entitlement is applied. A lower-priced plan takes effect immediately without a refund or account credit for the difference, and does not reset the existing renewal date. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. What happens if I cancel renewal or close my account?
Cancelling renewal ordinarily preserves paid access until the end of the current paid period and does not by itself erase your account or purchased credits. Final account closure is different: review its credit and billing consequences before confirming. If we close your workspace without your breach, the unused purchased-credit and prepaid-subscription refund provisions in our Terms of Service apply.
What are credits actually used for?
Lower-cost internal operations analyse, qualify and act on data already in your workspace. Higher-cost operations primarily cover external searches, validation and enrichment that bring new information into AI-BDR.
