Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AI-BDR website, platform and related services. By creating an account or using AI-BDR, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

AI-BDR provides sales-development research, signal monitoring, prioritisation, workflow and related productivity features. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Third-party sign-in remains subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use AI-BDR to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, send unlawful communications, circumvent service limits, or process information that you are not permitted to use.

4. Customer content

You retain responsibility for content and business data that you submit to AI-BDR. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process and display that content solely to provide and secure the service.

5. AI-generated and researched content

AI-generated recommendations, research summaries, scores and outreach drafts may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending communications.

6. Third-party services

AI-BDR may connect with external platforms, websites and authentication providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or independent handling of data.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI-BDR is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
