This Privacy Policy explains how AI-BDR collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use the AI-BDR website, platform and related authentication services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use AI-BDR, we may collect:
- Account information such as your name, email address, organisation and workspace details.
- Authentication information supplied by Google, LinkedIn, Facebook or Microsoft, including a provider user ID, name, email address and profile image where available.
- Usage and technical information such as sign-in events, browser data, IP address, device information and service logs.
- Business information that you choose to add to the platform, including company, contact, research, signal and CRM-related records.
2. How we use information
- To create and manage user accounts, organisations and workspaces.
- To authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve AI-BDR.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
3. Social sign-in
When you choose a third-party sign-in provider, that provider may share limited profile information with AI-BDR. We request only the information needed to identify and authenticate your account. Your use of the provider remains subject to its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication and service providers where necessary to operate AI-BDR, or where required by law. Providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights

7. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our infrastructure or service providers operate. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with relevant data-protection requirements.
