AI-BDR Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI-BDR collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use the AI-BDR website, platform and related authentication and integration services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use AI-BDR, we may collect:

2. How we use information

3. Social sign-in

When you choose a third-party sign-in provider, that provider may share limited profile information with AI-BDR. We request only the information needed to identify and authenticate your account. Your use of the provider remains subject to its own privacy policy.

4. Third-party services and Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, AI-BDR requests limited identity information required to authenticate your account. The current Google sign-in configuration does not request Gmail read-only or Gmail send permissions and does not use the sign-in connection to read or send Gmail messages.

Google account information is used only for the user-selected sign-in and account-management purpose. AI-BDR does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

You may revoke AI-BDR's Google Account access through your Google Account settings. See the dedicated Google Data Use page for the current permission and use disclosure.

AI-BDR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Analytics and advertising technologies

AI-BDR records basic first-party, cookieless website measurements for service operation and product improvement. This includes page and conversion-event totals, traffic source/UTM values, country code supplied by our edge provider, and broad device/browser categories. This measurement does not set an analytics cookie and continues when optional advertising technologies are rejected.

For approximate daily visitor counts, the server transforms the connection address and browser category into a rotating one-way daily hash. The raw address is used only transiently to receive and protect the request and is not stored in Website Analytics. The rotating value is not used to identify a person across days. Authenticated CRM records are never sent to Website Analytics.

If you select “Accept”, AI-BDR may additionally store a random first-party visitor identifier and a session identifier so that the public-site funnel can be measured more accurately through account creation. Accept also enables the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures advertising conversions and campaign performance and may support audience measurement or retargeting.

You can change or withdraw your optional choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting removes the optional AI-BDR visitor identifier and prevents LinkedIn Insight Tag from loading on future page views. Basic cookieless totals continue without those identifiers.

For more information about the advertising tag, see LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication and service providers where necessary to operate AI-BDR, or where required by law. Providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. You may disconnect integrations through AI-BDR where available and may revoke a provider's access through that provider's account settings. For deletion instructions, visit our Data Deletion page.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our infrastructure or service providers operate. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to protect information in accordance with relevant data-protection requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
