How AI-BDR uses Google account data.

Google sign-in is optional. When you choose it, AI-BDR uses limited account information to identify you, create or locate your AI-BDR account and maintain a secure session.

Google permissions used for sign-in

• openid — confirms your Google identity.
• userinfo.email — provides the email address associated with your Google account.
• userinfo.profile — may provide your name and profile image for account presentation.

Gmail access

The current Google sign-in configuration does not request Gmail read-only or Gmail send permissions. AI-BDR does not read your Gmail mailbox or send Gmail messages through the Google sign-in connection.

Separately connected Gmail and Google Calendar

Signing in with Google does not connect Gmail. If you separately enable the Gmail integration in Integration Center, it requests gmail.readonly and gmail.send, together with account identity permissions. It can read messages for enabled reply/delivery matching and send messages using the selected email features. An ongoing connection can use a refresh token.

A separately enabled Google Calendar connection requests calendar event and calendar-list access for the supported calendar features. These permissions are separate from Google sign-in.

Disconnect removes the selected integration's saved credentials from AI-BDR's active store. The result distinguishes local removal from provider-confirmed revocation. If revocation is not confirmed, review permissions in Google Account connections. Revoking the app at Google may affect other connections. Imported workspace records and existing restricted backups are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

How the data is handled

• Google sign-in identity information is used for the selected sign-in and account-management purpose. Separately connected Gmail and Calendar data is used for the enabled service functions.
• AI-BDR does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• AI-BDR does not use the Google sign-in connection to perform unrelated background activity.
• You can revoke AI-BDR access through your Google Account settings and request deletion of your AI-BDR account data.

AI-BDR’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
