How AI-BDR uses Google account data.

Google sign-in is optional. When you choose it, AI-BDR uses limited account information to identify you, create or locate your AI-BDR account and maintain a secure session.

Google permissions used for sign-in

• openid — confirms your Google identity.
• userinfo.email — provides the email address associated with your Google account.
• userinfo.profile — may provide your name and profile image for account presentation.

Gmail access

The current Google sign-in configuration does not request Gmail read-only or Gmail send permissions. AI-BDR does not read your Gmail mailbox or send Gmail messages through the Google sign-in connection.

How the data is handled

• Google account information is used only for the user-selected sign-in and account-management purpose.
• AI-BDR does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• AI-BDR does not use the Google sign-in connection to perform unrelated background activity.
• You can revoke AI-BDR access through your Google Account settings and request deletion of your AI-BDR account data.

AI-BDR’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
