User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your AI-BDR account and applicable personal information. This page distinguishes final account closure, leaving a shared workspace and disconnecting an integration.

Final account closure

Use the account-closure control where available, or email [email protected] from your account address with the subject AI-BDR Data Deletion Request. Include the organisation/workspace concerned. Do not send your password, access token or provider secret.

The final-closure confirmation explains the current billing and credit consequences. This is different from cancelling subscription renewal. Review the confirmation and Terms of Service before proceeding. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may verify account ownership. Supported final closure disables access and starts deletion of applicable active-store data. Shared ownership, incomplete billing reconciliation or unclear references may require review rather than immediate deletion.

Shared workspace information

Leaving a workspace does not delete the continuing team's records, subscription or shared credit balance. A primary owner may need to resolve ownership or transfer responsibilities before final closure.

What may remain

Financial records, credit ledger and payment/refund evidence may be retained for accounting, reconciliation, disputes or legal obligations. Necessary security/audit records and restricted backup archives are handled separately. Closing an account does not immediately erase every archived copy. A minimal record without login credentials may remain to prevent a deleted identity being unintentionally restored.

Disconnecting Google, Microsoft or another service

Disconnecting a supported integration removes its saved credentials from AI-BDR's active connection store. Provider permission revocation is separate; follow the disconnect result and the provider's account settings. Previously imported information is not automatically erased by disconnecting.

Removing AI-BDR through Facebook Apps and Websites or another sign-in provider does not by itself delete your AI-BDR account. Request account deletion separately.

Requests and updates

We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If a request requires clarification, lawful retention or an extension, we explain the relevant circumstances. Where another customer controls the information, we may direct the request to them or assist their response.
