User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your AI-BDR account and personal data, including information associated with Facebook Login or another social sign-in provider.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your AI-BDR account.
2. Use the subject line AI-BDR Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the account email address and, where applicable, the organisation or workspace name.
4. Do not send your password, access token or social-provider secret.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise personal account information and associated authentication links that are not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

Facebook data removal

You may also remove AI-BDR from your Facebook account through Facebook's settings for Apps and Websites. Removing the connection at Facebook prevents future sign-in through that connection, but it may not by itself delete an existing AI-BDR account. Use the process above to request deletion from AI-BDR.

Completion

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests or legally required retention may take longer, in which case we will provide an update.
